Enjoy shopping for our pets here. People are so friendly and helpful. Our dogs enjoy it to. There is always everything we are looking for. Very competitive prices and good sales. Find we spend way to much here when the kids come. Always come home with a new pet. Prefer shopping for our pets at pets mart verses other stores.

More times than not they do not have the canned cat food I need in stock. I also feel like there is a lack of restocking at this location because I will return to the store 2-3 days later, and the shelf will still be completely bare of the food I need to purchase. If it's a popular food, it should be kept heavily in stock? On top of that, I have to drive 15-20 minutes to get to this store because this is the closest location to me. So it's not the most convenient. There's also long lines and a lot of waiting to get checked out. I know the staff is friendly, so I am not sure if it gets backed up from all the conversations and questions with customers but there's usually not many checkout lanes open either. I've tried shopping here past couple months and it's either become very frustrating or a waste of my time and money driving to leave the store with nothing.

They usually have what I need or are helpful with where it can be found online. The associates are always helpful and friendly. Of course it's pet friendly, they usually have good deals and also will price match. Of all the pet stores I've tried, PetSmart is the all around best store for me.

I was met at the fish wall Very promptly and was able to get all the fish I wanted and the worker was very helpful in picking out the ones I asked for. The tanks are very clean and the life plants were actually alive unlike most other PetSmarts. I will happily be returning for my fish needs.

Super disappointed the older lady running the cash register was more into her cell phone and her younger co-worker than the customers. Had to interrupt her cell phone session a few times to finish the transaction.
