The ONLY REASON I gave 4 stars is because of there grooming. They do wonderful work and my sisters 2 dogs came out looking so darn cute. The only thing about PetSmart is the animals (Cats) they are trying to adopted out. They are living in HORRIBLE living conditions. There cages were NASTY...They were EXTREMELY dirty and the smell coming from them almost made me Literally SICK!!! The water bowls in each cage... well I should say THE LITTLE BIT OF WATER that were in the bowls were like a brownish color and you could just see the bowls were slimy. It looked like it hadn't been changed in a few (4-5) days. If your wondering how I would know all of this it's because I have a cat and I have had cats for about 37 years and also it called COMMON SENSE!!!!! You have to change there water bowl at least every other day if not everyday... One water bowl in one of the cats cage, It was brown and you can just see it hadn't been changed in at least 4-5 days... GROSS!!!!! I also saw a Young cat sleeping IN the cat box, which you could tell had not been scooped or changed in days. The food situation was OK except one cage it looked like a toy of some sort was stuck in the food and it had poop stuck to the toy and was just sticking out of the food..again GROSS!!! These cages need to be cleaned on a DAILY!!!! The smell was horrific because of all the cages being so dirty. These cats/kittens are going to get SICK!!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! Get someone who can handle that job!!!! It really needs A LOT of work and those Kittens/Cats DO NOT DESERVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!, especially when they are with a place that does grooming and makes animals clean and adorable. I hope the next time I go in there a HUGE change will have been made. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Love, love, love PetSmart! I go there on a weekly basis for new things to my pup. I get everything I need for him there. Even his vet visits at Banfield Pet Hospital.

Its a pet store. Has most things you would expect, with some limited selections of certain items I would expect more of. If you shop for bargains, you will realize that as a chain store, some of the items are marked up pretty high. (I.E. I can buy a large Nylabone online for around $5 whereas if you buy this item in the store it will be priced closer to $20. Same with other items, prices vary based on whatever system they employ) Good place all and all, clean store, friendly and helpful staff. Banfield Pet Hospital location, but this location does not offer boarding like other locations. Would recommend for immediate pet needs.

always clean and super friendly staff. I love weighing my husky in the back of the store on the scale every time I go in there :)

Store is nicely layed out and always has items the other PetSmarts do not. Service was quick and easy.
