One of the largest and most well rounded pet shops in New Hampshire, that actually takes care of their animals. They beta fish, and other fish are all healthy and happy, the birds are energetic, happy, and loud. The reptiles are in clean cages, with the correct substrates, lighting and environments. The amount of food, treats, and toys for your pets is amazing, and you should 100% bring your well behaved dog here to get a snack from the dog cookie bakery. Oh and they also have chickens on the back side of the building you can look at, because why not?

A big pet supply store with lots of selection, great choices for cat and dog food and toys. Also a fun collection of mostly non-mammalian pets: birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish all on display. Youthful customer service reps.

The service is great. The regional manager was present recently and throughly educated us on some dog and cat food. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and very nice. He gave us a free bag of dog food, free bag of cat food, and half off a second bag of dog food if we paid full price for 1 bag. Our dogs love the new food and have much less gas which is a win in my book! They earned repeat customers.

Ok so I go the other day I'm in looking for a new dog food among other things. I'm remembering how over priced many things are. I didn't get asked a single time by Any employee if I needed assistance. I walked all but 2 isles. I made a purchase one of the items was a 3 for 5 homemade frosted dog treat deal. The teenager at the register couldn't figure out how to correctly divide the 3 by 5 so he over charged me I corrected him and he shrugged his shoulders at me😑 I just walked out. I've been 3 times. I won't be back. I found my stuff for dog and cats at Derry feed and grain. If anyone is wondering why I'm even giving them 2 stars it's because I did see a employee help another customer and they have a decent selection of items.

Took our 10 year old hoarding rescue to the self wash. We wanted to do the least stressful thing we could for him. We only had to wait about 10 minutes to get in to the wash. You need to present your licence to use it because of previous vandalism that happened. You also sign a waiver. They give you a timer to keep track. The large bath has a take out spot and a stepstool for larger ( older ) dogs to get in the bath. They provide shampoo and towels. They have a blow dryer. It isn't too loud and it works fast. If your dog freaks or doesn't get along with other dogs or might not be a good idea to use this service as it is one room with 2 large and 2 small baths in it. Nothing is separated. The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. The price for the bath is $10 for every 15 minutes. We thought we would need a half hour with an 80 lb dog but we got him done in 20. Great service they offer! I have nothing negative to say. All around 5 stars
