Store has been on the decline for years.  Not enough help and hazards at every corner. A lot of young, inexperienced staff. Lately pallets of product lying about like a storage warehouse all over the store so at times store is not shoppable.  Be sure to check Expiration dates on Everything!!! Saw some out of dates that were expired by 2 years on Top brand Dog and Cat food!!! Nothing like paying $60 a bag for expired food.😣 Best Advice: Consult your Vet for any pet nutrition advice. They are the only trained professionals.

Grooming facility was professional and kind to our dog. He seemed happy after getting his nails trimmed. Check out was good. One item was damaged (discovered it when we got to the car). They let me swap it for another.

As I came in the door associates greeted me with a smile and were very polite. One associate, by the name of Josh, asked if there was anything he could help me locate. He was extremely helpful and polite. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 12. Love this store and my 2 SPOOS love goong.

Every time I go here it amazes me how knowledgeable the employees are. I had reptiles any question i had they knew everything or at least pretended like it! That was years ago. Now a fish tank. The two different employees on different days were both so helpful and polite. My new favorite pet store...now if only they would help me with not spending so much there!
