This store is clean and the employees generally helpful. Sometimes they seemed a bit under staffed, but i dont mind waiting a few extra minutes. Best part is they price match their own website, which can usually save me 30-40% if i take them time to pull up the items on my phone and show them what their website is selling it for.

My family and I had a great time touring the store. We loved the huge variety of pets and supplies.

Friendly people but I hate to say this but some things are cheaper on Amazon though so I'd check there first

I wish grooming would have more help, you must wait a month or more for an appointment, was told last time that they were down to one groomer plus when you try to call no matter what time of day the phone just rings and rings, they have not even a message system to leave, can understand a groomer can not answer phone and do her job at the same time. This I am perceiving to be a corporate decision, problem. Going elsewhere.
