I went in a few days ago with my son who wanted a gecko for his birthday. Blake helped us and educated us on the different gecko’s and what it took to care for them. They were out of the starter kit and Blake took my name and number and said he would get one there from his olathe store in time for my sons birthday. I never expected to hear from him but sure enough Blake texted me that it was in. I went back in and bought the gecko and again got excellent service from Blake. Amazing knowledge and customer service. Give this kid a raise.

The puppies were adorable. I just wanted to know the cost to obtain one. Instead of telling me, the employee starts taking about where they obtain the puppies from and then suggest holding the puppy. Only than, will your kids nag you to get it at an outrageous price.  Its a sales tactic. Qualifications for financing is just their credit card.

This place is quickly going downhill.  The aquarium equipment is about double what you can find it for on Amazon ... Hence I bought from Amazon.  We played with a couple of puppies.  They had feces on them.  They have been there a while which doesn't surprise me given their cost.  The one puppy we looked at was 3500 dollars.  That is roughly 4 times what a local breeder sells them for.  It is unfortunate because the puppy was nice.  The only reason I even give it 2 stars is because my kids like playing with the puppies.

I hate this place. I walk in and all of the workers aren’t staring at me giving me looks and telling me basically to walk out. Every time I asked to do something with an animal or pet them they give me location they are unwillingly doing it.  They sell the animals like they are objects.  They keep their fish in a small tanks. They also sell their dogs for millions of dollars and they don’t take much good care of them.  The dogs are so young that a little girl held a dog and dropped it 2 inches down and started screaming because it was in pain because it was way too small to be sold. Do not buy your pet from here these people Only want your money they don’t want your future to be good with your pet and you probably will get a better deal somewhere else with a place that gives them better care.

Cute puppies but they cost three times as much as they should. Bought crickets here, and they all died within a day. The kids workin there are nice and helpful.
