Clean store, helpful/knowledgeable staff, good location. It's always a quick in and out trip because I know what I'm looking for, but if I do need help I've always been able to find someone who could give me/get me the answers I needed. The rewards program is also a perk and carries over throughout all the Petco locations!

I scheduled a grooming appointment to have my dog fully groomed.  We dropped him off and shipped for a while with in 10 minutes of me leaving the store grooming called to tell me my dog was lethargic and needed medical attention immediately and it was not safe to groom him. Much to my surprise i rushed there within 2 min and wanted to see my dog and speak to a manager. I have a beautiful calm white English golden retriever. They are bred to be family dogs they are not crazy hyper he's very mellow and just loves to cuddle.  The manger stated he pulled my dog out of the kennel and my dog wouldn't respond not was his tail. I wanted the groomer to prove this to me and they couldn't. They pulled super happy golden out of a kennel... Tail wagging and all and still refused service. I will never step foot in that store again. Not to mention as i left, the groomer was snotty snickered and said you have a fantastic day.  So you lost my business my family's business and I'll continue to tell everyone my story and let them know how horrible Petco in Woodbury treats customers. Luckily another groomer was happy to help us that day for cheaper.  Weird they said they had no issues he was not lethargic and didn't feel he needed medical attention.

My Boston's love Petco and the entire staff.  We are all greeted wonderfully when we come in and everyone likes to say hi to them. This is why we continue to go back is how they treat our babies.  Love the groomers too. We won't shop any place else.

Petco is a good store with a nice rewards program.  Usually very helpful staff.

Let me say I'm a big fan of supporting small businesses and while Petco in Woodbury isn't a small business they certainly run it that way. We recently bought our leopard geckos there and outfitted them with a new terrarium. The man who helped us, Aaron, was exactly what I would have expected in a small pet store. He not only knew what he was talking about he lives it. He has lizards of a set of variety. He knew about the geckos we were looking at. Three days earlier my cashier helped me, despite not buying anything, get my pals rewards up and working properly. I've never had a bad experience here.
