I have been going to Petco for my bunny, Novae, for months now. This last visit wasn't the best. It took 4 associates to answer my questions. Two of the four acted like they had something better to do, except for Amanda. (Associate Amanda at Petco, in  Rogers , Arkansas, needs a raise.) I needed cage clips and they only carried one kind or they were only sold with the cage. I thought this would be a common item. They couldn't even refer me out to a different place to purchase the item. I also bought a medium-sized small animal play pen. When I got home and assembled it I realized that there were NO instructions IN the box or ON the box. I called Petco and no one could help me and I had to use zip ties in order to finish putting together a product purchased at Petco. The product is perfect for our needs, except for the missing instructions, customer service not so great.

I really wanted to have my dog groomed and went in to find out prices. I was told that my 10 year old dog would have to be seen by her vet groomer because they could no longer accept "old " dogs. Sadly you've lost my business.

Great place to get frozen rats for my daughter's Ball Python. A lot cheaper than Petsmart. Staff is always helpful.

Everyone is always helpful, the store is clean & organized. Today employee by the name of Jennifer spent time in helping me find new dog food for my senior dog as well as my puppy. She was very knowlegable, informative, and kind. I appreciate it so much!

Lovely Betta fish and everything you need for them.  The critter cages and tanks always look clean and the critters healthy.  Staff is helpful but can be difficult to access for various reasons, probably mostly because people that love animals like to talk and enthuse with the employees.
