Good pet store, friendly service but you have to watch the prices. Some items are way more expensive than other places.

We just picked up Bailey after taking her to be groomed at 11:00. It took 2 hours and 40 min. Not only was the salon understaffed but her fur is not soft and she still has the odor that she had when we brought her in. This is our 3rd visit to Petsmart for grooming and the price has increased with each visit. Not having her clean after that amount of time is extremely stressful on an animal. We ask for shampoo only and nail clip. I would stay away from the Rogers store. We will never return.

Yesterday I placed an order online for pick up hoping to make it a little easier when I got to the store. The order was ready within the hour except it said that one item was out of stock. When I arrived at the store and the gentleman looked up my order, he stated that he had looked everywhere for my cat food but they did not have any but I was welcome to go look myself. Guess what,?? There were several bags of the cat food I had ordered on the shelf. Any ways after a 20 minute experience that I feel should have lasted 5 minutes since it was all to be ready for pick up since I ordered it online to be ready was just a complete inconvenience. They also tried to charge me the in store price for the cat food which is higher than online. We won't order online any more. Its a hassle at least it is at this location.

The staff will help meet you and your pets needs. We have our standard poodle groomed here occasionally and the groomers are always professional. I highly recommend the obedience classes. The trainer is incredibly helpful and your pet will love it. The pet food selection is a lot bigger than most pet stores so you are sure to find what you need.

Just found out our son's hamster died just 27 days since purchasing.  Called the store to see what they could do and they just said that they have a 14 day window of guarantee and after that we're out of luck.  Very very disappointed.  I have a heartbroken son and we really can't afford to buy another one right now.  Guess we'll be returning the cage and everything to you and we will not be purchasing a live animal from your company again.  If they won't even last a month.  Very very very disappointed.
