Great location, super friendly staff. Great selection of live food for lizards and reptiles. One of the only locations I know of. Their puppy trainer is fantastic. Our little Cane Corso Nova just loves her and she doesn't even take the class lol. They are super knowledgeable in all areas of animal care and are very attentive of their customers. Highly recommend this location.

I do not support the sale of small rodents for live food which I have seen happen at this store. That being said, I have received amazing customer service over the years. One time while shopping for dog food my debit card got declined. Immediately logging into my banking app I saw the the account was drained buy a fraudster. The whole thing was pretty shocking. The transaction actually crashed the point of sale. There was quite a line holding customers back and nothing could be done. The manager in a show of Goodwill let me pass and take the dog food. Let me tell you I was already going through a hard time financially, and the double whammy of a fraudster draining my bank account causing my dog to go hungry was a scary thought. I'm forever grateful to the store manager for making such a humane gesture.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for two goldfish and received them free because I took two that someone had brought in from their tank that needed emptying.

Great place to take your puppy shopping. The associates are also friendly and willing to help you with whatever you may need!
