The  blond lady with the accent is very rude. Doesn't know how to talk yo people.  Why haven't you fired this lady Petco. The reviews on yelp are pretty much the same as on here.

this is actually my favorite pet store. i met this nice young man named Antone to ask about how i could take good care of my animals. Antone gave me great customer service and was very polite and informative on how i could better take care of my animals. he was very professional and detailed. i will most definitely be visiting this petco again very soon.
