This place sucks! Wait for 5 minutes and no one take care of me, I told the cashier if someone could take care of me because I wanted to buy some fish, the same cashier attended me 2 weeks ago, I spent almost $ 80 and he never ask for my rewards card and when I ask "Why you did not ask me for my card! " Just told me "IS TOO LATE!" and today he called someone to attend in the area of ​​aquatic, wait for 10 more minutes and no one showed up!

Me and my boyfriend wanted to adopt two cats from there! The lady had her phone off so we had to wait a few days for her to get there, we had to ask the manger to call her bc we couldn't reach her! When we did she told us we were good and she loved us..all she wanted to do was see our house and I told her my address but she never came and it's been like this for awhile..so I don't think she is good for the job and I think that if someone was wanting the cats to go to a good home then they need to find someone willing to really get the cats a good home! So ppl don't go there to get cats the lady is a mess and unfit for her job!!!! 😡😡

arrived at the store about 30 mins before closing time, looked for a clerk to help.. unfortunately didn't find one until 10 minutes before the store was closing.!! I asked for help with getting some fish and he refused to help because they were about to close. He sugested I come back tomorrow.!! I am very disappointed with the customer service..!!
