Worst service I have ever had. They over tightened a bolt causing it to snap a few miles from the shop. They refused to help me get another bolt, and wanted to charge me a second time for another alignment, (after I went and got the part), that their negligence caused to fail. Work order showed that their Tec tightened the bolt. The manager refused to accept responsibility for his Tecs mistake, dispute the fact that the work order clearly stated what had been done.

Since 2015, I've been taking my 2010 Tahoe and Malibu here for exceptional and honest service. I just had a $848.98 quote from a dealership for break pads and calipers. The customer representative saved me $537 dollars and performed other services. This location is conveniently located for Marines in the Camp Pendleton area. I went in cause my tire was going flat and there was no nail in it. They said my sidewall had a slight tear in it and I needed a new tire. So I went ahead and bought a new tire. The next day my tire is still losing pressure so now I'm concerned it's not the tire. I go back in upset and tell them it's still losing pressure and they said they'd look at it again. Turns out it was my valve stem. At this point I'm thinking I didn't need a new tire and I ask to see my old tire and the manager refused. He said there's too many tires to look through even though I just went it a day ago. So basically I bought a brand new tire when my old one still had 75% tread on it and I couldn't get my money back or anything. So I would advise you go to a place offbase first or check with more than just one place and actually get the right diagnosis before leaving your car at this firestone for service.
