PetSmart is a good store for pet supplies. I have some dogs and a bird now and this store takes care of all my supplies. In the past I have had fish too and they helped with them. This store also has on site vet and grooming facilities. A great one stop pet store. They have rodents, reptiles, fish, cats, birds and frequent events for dog adoptions. Pets are welcomed (on a leash / controlled) in the store. The Staff is friendly and prices are average.

I really love this store... except for the snakes inside. Yep, you read that correctly. This "pet store" has snakes - this is probably great for those of you that like them, but not so great for someone like me that doesn't even like to write the word, let alone see them. Beyond that, this place is great. We always do our dog shopping here. They have a great selection of dog and cat food, collars, play toys, outfits, etc. They have fish tanks and fish, gerbels, hamsters, birds, etc. There is an on site grooming center, as well as a doggy hotel/kennel for when you travel without your pet. The parking is free like the other places in Jordan Landing.

With the weather being so cold all of a sudden I was looking for my dog a sweater and they had a large variety to choose from. They had some on clearance which worked out. I purchased two sweaters. Nice people. Good experience. Thank you.

The staff is helpful and has a good selection of pet foods and toys. For puppies they only have them available for adoption on certain days of the month. Do not know if they are recues or from puppy mills.

Everyone here is so friendly. I only go to petsmart for my animals. The manager, Becky, is amazing and truly cares about her customers. Savanna is another manager and she is so knowlegable and friendly.
