Pet Smart great for food and get good deals. Banfield incompetent for medical care. Going to Jordan is worth it if you love your pets. Mine did not make it during a dental cleaning. In my opinion my pups deserve good care for the insurance you pay for them. Ask questions and be aware of what they do. My pup went in happy and healthy for a dental cleaning and came out blind and with organ failure and took her to a specialist and was told it would be best to euthanize.🐶💔🖤

I've come to this location multiple times and have always been happy. The prices are steep but I understand that it is probably very hard to compete with online prices in a pet industry. I own 2 guinea pigs and a golden retriever and this place always has a great selection for me to choose from. On my visit today I had Justin (small pets area) help me and answer my questions.  He was really awesome and gave an awesome impression, he was knowledgable and honest and when he wasn't helping me he was packing shelves and he was definitely breaking a sweat putting in some hard work. One of the better workers I've seen at a pet store chain before!

My wife found a sale online so I made a trip to get that and some other stuff we needed and the online sale wasn't showing on the shelf but the store matched it anyway. The employees were very helpful when I eventually found them too. (Like most retail places nowadays, there weren't enough employees for the whole store but it didn't affect their attitude today.)

This is a large supermarket type store for pets and their associated goods. They have a wide selection of accessories for dogs, cats, fish, birds, reptiles, & rodents. They also carry fish, rodents, reptiles and birds which they sell. They have some cats for adoption at the right side. There's a pet training center on the left side as well as a pet hospital at the far end. The staff are cheerful and very helpful.

I wish there was a way to rate just the grooming salon. The overall store is well stocked and has very friendly staff. Five stars there. But we have been to the grooming salon 5 or 6 times over the past year and they are always very rude. They treat you with exasperation annd condescension.  They have messed up our appointment time three of those 5 or 6 visits.  This is not the petsmart grooming you want to go to.
