Ordered 2 pet tags on May 27. Called on June 19 to see why we haven't received them yet and was told a certain machine was down, but they were going out that week. It would have been nice for them to call and explain why there was a delay. It is now June 30, and still no tags. Unacceptable.

I  just ordered two collars with my pets name and our phone number. The names and numbers are so crooked that the number goes off of the edge of  the collar material and the pets name and last few numbers are on an upward angle. It looks like they actually used a banana for a straight edge. The first few I ordered were perfect. Maybe they just had equipment issues that day. All in all, they do the job and your beloved furbaby has its name and number on the collar. I still recommend them.
