Excellent customer service, all three of the staff I had encountered at the store were amazingly helpful and interested in making sure I had a good experience. Very surprising and refreshing, it's been many months since I had that experience here in California at a retail store.

If you’re a fish freak or into aquatic plants, this is the frikin place!!!! Has aquascaping tools with the dirt. Also this petco sells ALL KINDS of fish!! Most you won’t see in others! I come to petco Every week to get supplies so I pretty much rely on this Petco ;)

I bought two plecostomus fish at this store, against my better judgement.  The negligence of their fish tanks was obvious, there was at least 1 dead fish in each tank, in various states of decay.  Because of this one of my plecos was sick, It infected my tank and died.  So far I have lost 1 of my other beloved fish who I have had for years, and the other 2 are so sick they are soon to follow in the same fate.  DON'T SUPPORT THIS STORE!

They take care of our pets and we feel very comfortable when shopping  there! GREAT Customer Service and friendly knowledgable employees.
