It's pricey but I would do anything for my doggy. There toys that are durable and strong if you have big dogs that chew up everything. If you need stuff asap you should definitely go there. Staff is very helpful and nice five stars for them.

My visit this morning (9:10am) was not the greatest. My purpose was to purchase a prescribed formula for my diabetic dog. I was looking for Hills w/d chicken formula. Shelf was empty so I asked the cashier for assistance. She made a request through her ear piece and no response. She walked away and said, "anybody copy that?". Store manager Kristine Gonzalez replied, "yeah but we are in the middle of something" and that was it. They left me hanging with out any explanation. I waited and no one bothered to check back with me. So I walked to the manager in the back warehiuse and there she was having a discussion with employee totally ignoring me. I stood there waiting again and finally a staff member asked me if I needed something. I said yes, I had to come to you since you didn't bother to come to me.
Not the customer service I expected from PetSmart. Lack of communication, poor service, unprofessional, lack of attention and interested. I felt invisible and unimportant as a costumer. Wonder how many more customers have they lost.

Very happy with PetSmart!  Doctors and services at Banfield and grooming very good.

Staff is usually pretty nice and they have a good selection of food, pets and accessories. Not much to say other than that. If you've been to PetSmart before, you know what it looks like. This one is on par with others.
