The prices are fair and the fish are always healthy and in good condition. The guy who works in the fish department only offered assistance after having to ask him and was not very friendly. He basically acted like I didn’t exist until I asked him for help. But other than that other staff are always friendly and the manager I believe is great with aquatic animals and very knowledgeable. Very good selection of supplies considering I have 2 large tanks and am here at least once a week.

Not a consistently reliable source of reptile food. The customer service is usually helpful.

Great place to take the dogs for a bath! Nice girl that works there too! I was very pleased!

Friendly staff, eager to help, they seem like they enjoy their job. Staff is knowledgeable and was able to help me locate what I needed quickly.
