The store was clean and well organized. The only thing that keeps me from giving a five star review is the fact that we were not greeted, not spoken to (other than the register), and not thanked for our business. Overall honestly this store is consistently a great store to go to. I know I'm being particular, but that is what would make me give it five stars.

The place is great but when you ask to speak to a manager even if the answer is still no the manager should come and really speak to you face-to-face not send the employee back. Employee in my opinion great customer service. The manager on duty Lacks customer service and honestly if I didn't need to get the stuff I needed right away from my niece, I will take my business elsewhere which is what I'm going to do for future things. A manager who isn't willing to interact with their customers or speak to them when the customer asks to speak to one is it acceptable to not do even if the answer is still no to the question

Very nice and helpful staff. They all seem to genuinely love animals. Very overpriced though.

I found the cashiers quite unaccommodating today when I tried to locate the items that were supposedly on sale from the website. I will avoid this store, and if I need to go to PetSmart, I will go to the Monocacy location, where I always feel like a valued customer. Kind of surprising, but sad and true.
