Me and my mother stayed at the Rose Room (The Blake House). We thoroughly enjoyed the space and the room was exceeded what was shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and made it hard for us to get up in the morning! Pete and the hosts were very attentive, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. I definitely plan on returning!

Used Pete Key Properties as my real estate agent to purchase a new home in the Asheville area. Pete and Elizabeth were great, very responsive, and patient with us throughout the process. They visited several homes and gave me detailed notes before I even met them since I was relocating from out of state. Pete found us a great home, and we were able to get it for a reasonable price in a very competitive market. Very knowledgeable real estate agent with many years of experience. I recommend Pete to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area, and would definitely use him if/when I move again.

Absolute nightmare working with this company and their vacation rentals. They are rude, disrespectful, and I strongly discourage anyone from working with them
