Pete's Plumbing is awesome!!!  Yesterday my hot water heater broke and starting leaking all over the basement.  I was devastated.  I looked around and found Pete's Plumbing. Within about an hour, the team at Pete's plumbing was at my house and handled everything with professionalism and excellence and at a very fair price.  If you live in Atlanta and need a Plumber that will deliver for you, look no further than Pete's Plumbing.  They will take care of you.  What an awesome company!  Highly, highly recommended. Someone put paper towels in the toilet. I tried using an auger, but apparently they were pushed further down because the toilet kept flooding. Fearing for the hardwood floors, mom insisted we call a plumber so we called petes. 

The first day our plumber came, and he must have tapped very lightly on the door, because no one heard him and he left. After talking to someone with an unpleasant tone, we rescheduled. This time he used the door bell. 

He came in and used an auger that you can buy at Home Depot (just like I did) but the paper towels must have disintegrated because the toilet flushed after less than 5 minutes of work. $175. 

They better be some great flooding insurance to justify that cost, because the only thing they did was take a minor risk (possibly flooding our hardwood floors).

I called and made an appointment. They had good reviews, so I wasn't surprised that they were busy and couldn't get me in immediately (it wasn't an urgent problem), so the appointment was 6 days later.  No one showed up in the timeframe they had given me (9-11), so I called the office. They apologized and said I wasn't on the schedule. When I asked when I could get another appointment, they said they were booked up and wouldn't be able to get to me for another 6-7 days. I said fine, then gave them my address. Then they told me they don't even service my area. Apparently they had a temp making appointments who is no longer with them. However, the *most* they would do to accommodate me was refer me to another plumber. Even before they knew I was out of their area they made no effort to expedite services to me or offer me a discount. In fact, they tried to refer me out, but I requested another appointment with them.  When they knew the issue was on their end all they did was apologize. But talk is cheap, and their services are not.

BAD. I had a leak from the master bathroom going all the way to my kitchen ceiling. On 02/20/17 the tech said that the flange was broken and replaced it.Paid $ 484.00. The leak came back and on 02/28/17 after cutting the drywall on the kitchen ceiling,was diagnostic  that it was coming from the tub spout. Paid $345.66. On 03/11/17 leak in 4 points of the kitchen ceiling , called and since the service was under warranty I thought they could fix it. For my surprise, tech went there and said there was nothing he could do and a new tub was the leak solution.
Contacted another company and surprisingly the leak was found and fixed and the old tub is still there. Pete's does not goes deep to find and diagnostic all the problems, they are there only for less than a couple of hours and perform only part of the job. When I called and said that it was under warranty, they said the warranty was only for the job performed on the first visit. BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS,the just want your money and will try to get the most they can.

Reset a toliet for me after I had it done twice before by other plumbers.  It's been 6 months.  That toilet hasn't moved.  GRATEFUL!
