Mr Zura B. #4332 Did a great job in fixing our expansion tank and cold supply line. He explained everything he was doing with the water heater. If I had to use a plumbing company Roto-Rooter would be the one.

I had an 8-12 window. I get a call that the driver was delayed but would be here at 1230. Wrong. At 1:30 I called, at 2:30 I called, at 3:30 I called. I was informed each time that the technician has been dispatched. At 4:30 I call and was placed on hold while dispatch called the tech. He didn't answer. She then said she would call another tech to come. 5:30 comes and a tech finally comes. I should him the issue with the sump pump and with a flip of the switch immediately says I need a new sump pump at the cost of $1300. Never pulled out the pump, inspect the pipe, nothing just $1300. But he could try to see if he could fix it for $340. He just so happened to have a pump in his truck and installed it. The new pump or rather the one he installed seemed to do the trick. He leaves at 8:15 and I pay the $360. After My youngest daughter showers and brushes her teeth, she comes to me and says the sink isn't draining. I go and low and behold the damn pump isn't working. I will never use this company or refer anyone again.

Fantastic service,the plumber they sent was amazing. The scheduling was a bit off but very happy with the end product and their upfront costs.

Alex installed my water heater in a very timely and professional manner. Then he went above and beyond by coming out after hours on his personal time to troubleshoot an issue with the new install until the problem was resolved. That's incredible customer service!
