They dropped my insurance without any form of communication.  I only noticed because I noticed that I had not had any automatic payments posted in my bank account... I logged into my account only to find that I had no premiums!  I emailed the company asking them to contact me ASAP to get this rectified, but I have not heard so much as a peep.

It's worth noting that I have an immaculate driving record, and have had no changes worth noting that would have impacted my premium.  This appears to be a purely administrative screw up that should be easy to fix.  The fact that their screw up has left me without insurance for at least a month or two is unacceptable.

Poor communication and administrative goofs aside, the website is very clunky to use.  I needed to add a second vehicle a while back, and only after wasting a good amount of time on the web page did it become obvious that I needed to call the company to do this.  Yes, in 2017, you can't add another vehicle to your policy from their website.  

This isn't the only time I've heard of this happening with State Farm, so I won't be giving them another chance.

These people made it beyond more difficult to have insurance than any I've dealt with. Constantly making excuses, constantly making mistakes. I had statefarm for a month, and dropped them because they aren't worth the trouble.
