Over the years I have purchased four new Nissan cars at Peters in Nashua, and my reason is their service department. Many of the service staff have been there for years, simply because Peters hires and holds on to good people whom you can trust to do the job right no matter the need. Last week was a perfect example.

A number of routine items had to be addressed plus an additional job that required me to leave the car overnight. The situation was quickly and accurately assessed. A new car was loaned to me free of charge, and the next day my vehicle was ready when promised.

As usual and at all levels, the service staff at Peters impressed me with their courteous, personal, professional, and efficient expertise. Doing business with Peters service department is a true pleasure.

Spotlight on you - Tara Campbell! Thank you Tara Campbell for your diligence and dedication to exceptional customer service that you demonstrated to us when our vehicle needed service. We were sold a vehicle without a spare key, and you took care of that for us by providing us a spare key - no hassle. You helped to have the backup camera and the passenger side mirror replaced to make the reverse tilt function operate properly. You're such a knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy service advisor.

I was having trouble with with getting a mechanic from another Nissan dealership to look at my transmission. After not getting anywhere with that dealership I called the Peters Nissan of Nashua and let me tell you... I instantly knew it would be different. 

Tara answered the phone and I told her my concerns and right away she said “bring your car in and I’ll give you a loaner we will look for you!” I asked her if she was familiar with the issue I was having and she was so kind and I was almost in tears when calling her because my car felt so unsafe, by the end of the call I was in better spirits. That’s all it took for someone to listen. It makes a difference. 

Compared to other service departments this was the most help I’ve received in general and I didn’t even bring my car to be looked at yet. I brought my car in to get it looked at & I was late for my appointment, but Tara was still very understanding she set me up with a loaner vehicle which helped me a lot!!! I felt so much better leaving my car with her compared to my past experiences. 

Like I mentioned previously I had my car looked at a few days before I brought it to Peters Nissan of Nashua and another Nissan mechanic couldn’t find the issue. The previous dealership had my car for hours and never offered a loaner car... let me tell you there is a major difference of just plain customer service with Peters Nissan. I felt Tara went the extra mile to make me feel better, and to find the issue my car was having. I reveived a message from Tara about an hour later detailing the exact problems with my vehicle! Not to mention I was told a few days prior there was nothing wrong. 

All I have to say is that this Nissan Service department knows what they are doing! The customer service I received from Tara is undoubtedly appreciated and the best service I’ve received honestly. She went the extra mile to make sure I was fully informed and even allowed me some time to figure out my payment plan. She was someone I could trust. I didn’t feel like she was just out to get my money- no she was looking out for the best interest in me!! That’s very hard to come by. 

Definitely visit Peters Nissan of Nashua and ask to speak with Tara- she will help you out!!!

Once again I received outstanding customer service at this dealership specifically from Tara Campbell. 

Needless to say, preparing the spare vehicle to pass along to my daughter in college required some simple and some complicated work. Not only does Tara manage the project efficiently and quickly, but she does it within the framework of your budget which is amazing!

At the end of the day the car was perfect and ready to go...within the budget we had discussed...thanks to Tara.  Highly recommend this dealership specially working with Tara.

I've never bought in a car from a dealership so going to a dealership to buy my first car was very stressful. Overall everyone at Peters Nissan of Nashua was great they made the buying experience really user-friendly with no stress. They explained everything in great detail Vinny is a great salesman he doesn't just try and work based off his commission he's there for the buyer making sure you do what's best for you. The business manager 
Chris was great when finalizing everything he made sure to go through every detail. Both of them made sure to contact me back weeks later to see if everything was okay. I'd have to say one of the best buying experiences of my life thank you everyone a Peters Nissan of Nashua.
