Sales guys are good guys. They definitely earn their money. Franco the finance guy? Definitely not. Have the nerve to get mad at me because I found a better rate myself from the same banks they deal with. Gave them the chance to do my finance if they can get the same rates. Boy did I regret that.. I should of done it myself and leave him with nothing. Did my paper works twice and was still wrong. Read everything! If I didn't already invested so much time already I would torn the contract up and walk out. What a POS that guy was..

Never have seen a dealer you walk in and wait ten minutes for help then have to go in and ask for help when there are clearly people available . If you really are busy that's fine take your time I'll wait. But they weren't . Second just because I'm a young woman do not belittle me . Lastly I asked him how much is a car was he said 35 hundred and the he asked how will you be paying I said cash. He got mad and RAISED the price !!! I was like this is unheard of. I could not believe he then had the audacity to say he raised it because then he won't make as much money because they make money off people financing . BE WARE BUYERS. Didn't give me his name all I know guy had the worst accent ever . Sorry Acura that I have cash to pay for a car . Guess my money wasn't good enough for them .

Like any situation know the details of what you’re signing beforehand. I recently financed a vehicle after my lease ended. During the negotiation an extended warranty was presented to me. After extreme negotiation, the salesman noted that he will enter the warranty price on a different entry and will cancel the price of the warranty if I chose to do so before the next close of business day. So the next day I decided to cancel the warranty and its entirety. The salesman noted that he will have to increase the finance portion in order to make the numbers work. So in the end the price of the warranty went towards the finances portion and the warranty entry was zeroed out. I trusted the guy and signed the document without reading the contract. (Fool me once right, I know) The service department is very friendly, a bit pricey and will over charge you for any additional work. But regular maintenance and the convenience on not having to travel to another Acura dealer is what I’m paying for.

Fantastic dealership! They are a class act that treat their customers right!! Treat them right during the initial sales, during routine maintenance, during difficult post-warranty repair, and even 15 years later when a safety recall needs to be done fast on a relatively old car. I cannot say enough good things ...

I bought a used 2008 TL-TYPE S from this dealership in January 2016. Car came as advertised. Shawn was my salesman and was great to deal with. The financing was seamless and had my car within 2 days of seeing it. The ONLY problem I have is the service crew. While they are extremely nice and look to take care of you, I was made aware while during my yearly inspection that my oil pump was leaking and would down the road cause the car to under perform and would only get worse not better. They quoted me $1300. So before dropping the money I did a little asking around. I talked to my friend who is a mechanic for Volvo for 25 years and said that its almost close to impossible for an oil pump to leak among-st other things on why that was not the reasoning for the leak, granted without seeing the car he said it might be a seal issue. So he suggested bringing it to his friend who works for Honda swore by him in being a honda/acura gear-head and is mechanic for 15 years. I brought it over to him on a Monday. Car was done by Wend. Apparently after inspecting the seal AND the pump the leak was not from either. It was from the residual oil from the filter which has not been cleaned off from the oil change in what they said was about a year. Since I've had the car oil has only been done at the dealership, That it was caked on and was never cleaned and was causing the leak, Granted I have only driven my car about 6,500 in a a little over a year. They cleaned it test drove it lifted it and inspected again. ALL SET. My point being I wish you guys would just take a little more time than just ASSUMING its point A when sometimes it could be point B when a customer is about to drop $1300 on a trusted dealerships word. Thank you
