The customer service was great.  I knew what work I needed and they explained the potential costs ahead of time well and clearly.They asked if it was okay to come earlier than scheduled the day of. They completed the work faster than I anticipated and a week later everything still seems fixed as hoped.  I just had a PRV replaced and they made sure to ask that I wanted to have that work done.   Can't think of any reason not to give them a five star review.

We used Petersen Plumbing in December and was very pleased with the service we received. I tried calling another plumber and they didn't even answer their phone. We got prompt service that was professional and courteous.  I will definitely use Petersen Plumbing again and recommend them !

My boyfriend and I have used Petersen plumbing for 5 years at our house and our rental. We have paid each invoice in full, on time. Last week, my boyfriend was served by the sheriff at his work for an unpaid bill from November. We called Petersen plumbing and initially the billing person told each of us separately that it was an error and should have never happened. She then changed her story the next day saying that it was from May and they contacted us through mail and calling us to collect. Total lie, we never received a call or invoice and I've spoken with the office numerous times over the phone paying on other invoices and this one was never mentioned. The owner finally called and basically called us liars and told us there was nothing they could do. Why would we pay thousands over the years and try to get out of a $150 bill? Makes no sense. Clearly, the biller screwed up, as she has before with double billing us and is now trying to cover her own ass by lying about what happened. She should be fired and the owner just cost himself thousands of dollars of future business. Not to mention, this will effect my boyfriend's credit for the next 7 years.

Petersen Plumbing, a great local find and highly recommended!  Office staff friendly & professional in every way worked with me to get me on the schedule for immediate kitchen/water faucet problem while waiting to hear from my out-of-the-country landlord.  Greg showed up quickly on Saturday morn & was knowledgeable and thorough with advice on how to take care of future issues.  What we often think is too much $$ for a quick fix, we quickly learn becomes a life-time of valuable information well worth $$ spent.  Thanks, Petersen

Came out to Vida the day after I called to replace a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Office staff and plumbers were very nice and polite. Cleaned up after themselves completely. I will use them again.
