Was interested in getting a dog. Had purchased two other dogs from here and was the reason I returned. Was quoted a price and left to think about it. Purchasing a dog and taking one home is a huge commitment. Returned a little over a day later fully committed. Puppy was still available, but Pentland wouldn't sell puppy at the price quoted. Left without puppy and feeling like I had just left a puppy mill. Not interested in giving the animals a good home...JUST INTERESTED IN PROFIT.

Awesome place to tour..ha..but prices are a bit outrageous especially the animals... and if u purchase an animal they require u use the vet they use.. well I must say that I have my own very much great vet therefore I would still use mine.. once I purchased an animal it's mine to decide where to take him or her.!!!

Was told a price of a puppy, and that we could come back in a day or so to make a final decision. We come back in two days later to purchase the puppy and was no longer told that price was available. It WASN'T a sale price - we talked to corporate for that price. Was treated VERY poorly by a snobby female manager with short hair. We we're lied to - Bad business! It's sad because we are loyal customers that have purchased two previous dogs and all our dog food from here. We will be looking elsewhere from now on.

BEST STORE EVER OH MY GOSH!!!!! I loved it SO much! Got to play with almost every animal, just ask!! Definitely a wonderful experience. Went with my friends and they all had a GREAT time. Can't wait to go back!!

A little slow getting help! And the girl came off as a know it all even though she was absolutely wrong about a thing or two. Like you won't need to aclamate your koi. After I explained I was going from cool water that had been in the air conditioning all day to a pond that's out in the heat of the sun she stated that I may have a point lol. But she was friendly. And worked with me on pricing overall I'm happy!
