The store manager, Ashley I think, was extremely helpful when it came to tracking down a particular disc (Black Kong Flyer) for my German Shepherd and I to enjoy!  I must have been to a dozen stores over 2 years trying to find our favorite disc , and this was the only store to go above and beyond to track it down.  Not only did they track it down, they had it shipped to a store of my choice, called to let me know it had arrived and said that they saved the info so they could get me another one anytime I wanted (as long as it was still in production).  I will be a customer for life!

Cute little pet store. The employees are helpful and friendly. The prices can be higher than your typical pet co but their stock is higher quality. Recommended for specific purchases but maybe not for food or litter.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. My dog always insists on stopping in when we passing by on his walk. He loves going to pet people!

The staff here is so knowledgeable that my veterinarian recommended I consultant with them about the relative nutritional values to select a new food. They're incredibly helpful and supportive when discussing difficult times relating to my dog. I never carry my large bag of dog food to my car myself. With the points and punch cards they have, this chain is the least expensive place to buy the high end food my dog needs.

This isn't your average pet store. They go above and beyond to make sure your dog is getting the best nutrition and healthy treats. I never knew how much I could help my animals by changing a simple ingredient.
