took a stray cat in for an emergency visit. we had been feeding it for a few years, and noticed it had recently lost a lot of weight. it also clearly was ill, as it was sneezing and congested. we decided it was time to act. the vet tech (Sarah) was excellent, very prompt and efficient, getting all the information while also being pleasant/polite and easy to speak with. she also went the extra mile and washed our cat-carrier, as the cat had wet himself on the drive up. the vet (Dr. Waller) was just as great to deal with. there was clearly a lot going on at the facility, but she took time to give the cat a full physical exam. unfortunately, she found a large lump, which an x-ray confirmed to be cancer. after conferring with Sarah again, we made the decision to put the cat down that night. I was able to be present, and the whole procedure went very smoothly. in my opinion, they did a fine job. overall, I don't want to say it was a great experience - - death seldom is - - but I would say they made it as positive as it could be. have to keep in mind, this is after-hours, emergency medical care, so it's never a place you want to go. but I would go again in same circumstances.

If it's your animal please read, My dog was very sick had not been eating and got worse before her scheduled apt. My father found a flyer he had, they were not very happy to see us when e arrived besides them not having anyone on a Sunday afternoon. I advised the problem and was immediately told that couldnt be it. They charged a lot IV, stayed over 1 night then release was delayed cause they couldnt figure out why the fever kept spiking. They released so we could take her to hr scheduled apt which she needed emergency surgery and could have died. Never take your loving pet here

Practice manager incredibly nice - vet from Atlanta not only misdiagnosed my dogs dislocated patella he was the most awful vet I have ever met. Shameful I’m sorry

Do not take your pet here. The management and staff are going to waste your time and try to oversell everything. If you are going to spend the money, go somewhere worthwhile with better medical staff.

my dog survived. so, i took my little puppy here. i was the first pt to arrive as they open at 5:30pm. they were having internet problems, so i had to wait 5 hours for the X-rays. yeah the X-rays here are expensive. i think normally around $500? the hospital manager took off the fee for the emergency visit which was $89?. They couldn't tell what was wrong with my puppy off of the X-ray because the radiograph tech wasn't able to give an eval off of the X-ray. the doc said they wanted to keep her overnight and in a couple of hours take more X-rays. the overnight visit alone would have cost $1000 minimum. of course they would provide fluids nutrients etc. i didn't have any $$. so my parents came to help me but we only paid for the X-rays, meds, and i think thats it. thats how my visit went. I'm glad my dog survived but to be left in the dark was upsetting, especially seeing how distressed my puppy was. but I'm glad the doc was able to give meds for her because she is completely better now and is back to her old jumpy self.
