I know vet services are not cheap, however if you are looking for a vet that is worth the money then Dr. Burns is your gal. I've been to many vets with my dog that has health issues and I believe her services are not overpriced and she does not do unnessasary work on my animal. She is professional, compassionate and dedicated to the animals. She saved my dogs life and I cannot thank her enough. My 85 lb german shepherd came into the vet office on her death bed and even though doctor Burns was on her way out of the office at the end of the day she took my dog in immediately and performed the emergency surgery that saved her life. It was a very complicated surgery and Dr. Burns and her staff were in constant communication with me even through the night. Dr Burns had to stay all night and monitor my dog in intensive care after the surgery. I highly recommend Floresta Animal Hospital. Dr. Burns and her staff are very knowledgeable and love the animals.

Went in cause my dog was limping and had a tender toe nail that appeared infected. Told the doctor it was an infection and she said she thought it was broken. Then hit me for a $200 x-ray and a $85 sedation fee, said it's not broken it's infected. Well walked out with a $508 bill! Absolutely terrible, will not be back!

Dr. Burns has been my veterinarian for the last 7 years. My pets have had everything done from yearly exams and vaccines to major surgery. Dr. Burns has always been outstanding in her professional manner, her capacity for compassion unmatched as she cared for my pets. The staff at Floresta Animal Hospital is knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Burns and her staff have always taken excellent care of my animals! I appreciate all you do for us!!

If you are looking for the most compassionate vet when in comes to animals Dr. Burns is #1. She does what is absolutely right for the animal, not necessarily the owner. Our Gypsy was 14 yrs old and very sick and we were sure it was time to put her down. Dr. Burns took a quick couple of tests and said I can save her and give her quality of life. . We are so glad, we had 4 more years to enjoy her, and she died a natural death on our lap after a great day with our others. On another occassion our Skylar who had been stricken with cancer about a year was taken to Dr. Burns and this time she did put her to sleep, but do not know who cried more, her or us. A few days later we received a package in the mail from Dr. Burns with Skylars paw print in a ceramic piece! I could go on and on as we have 8 Pembroke Welsh Corgies and 3 Bengal cats. I go to Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok. Thailand for the best human medical care in the world. Would take our pets 12,000 miles too to get help from Dr. Burns. She is #1 in our book. Understand she is one of the countries leading turtle doctors.
