Honestly, I would give them no stars if I could. 
I came in with my kitten to find out if we’re doing things right. They advised I give him WHOLE MILK instead of KMR and my kitten is now in an Emergency Hospital & possibly dying. F*** this place. DO NOT GO HERE. 

DO NOT GO HERE. DO MOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. No tests were run. No questions were asked. Nothing.

Unprofessional rude individual. You don't even need to meet him in person to confirm this. Even the way he answers the phone will give you a taste of the unprofessionalism. Try it. I called him twice and made an appointment. My dog was to ill to wait so we took him somewhere else. As a courtesy (I could have not shown up) I called to cancel my appointment. He answered the phone and when I told him that we had to take  our puppy somewhere else he got upset and hanged up the call. His bad reviews are accurate.

Dr. Dysert has been Gabbi's vet for the past several years.
He is extremely thorough and cares for his patients.
The money is not an issue with this doctor. His goal is to care
for your pet. When you walk out of his office, you walk out with a sigh
of relief, knowing that your pet has received the best care available!

Let me paint a picture from the inside. I worked with David Dysert and was tortured during my time there. Not only is he unprofessional individual by talking down to his clients, he is a pervert. He said the MOST unprofessional statements on a daily base. You will see New Employess at this office, ALL the time because no one can stand to work with David Dysert. He is the worst of the worst. Only has one passion, MONEY, he wants to squeeze every last dollar out of you during your visit so he can open a clinic in Cuba. (This is all he ever talked about, money, Cuba, how can I make people spend more money here at my clinic) He will likely suggest a "teeth cleaning" for your dog or cat because he says it brings him lots of money, when in fact I saw plenty of dogs that needed just a good schedule of teeth brushing. His office has cockroaches everywhere, does not clean them up. He does not use bleach when washing towels, these towels go through infestations of fleas, surgeries, blood, stool, vomit, etc......and then your pets sit on these towels during your lengthy visit. He throws them in a washing machine that hardly works and uses the cheapest detergent possible, it was prohibited to use hot water. This is absolutely a owners worst nightmare of a clinic. He will not only talk down to you, he will try to avoid telling you how much something costs and proceed to continue and then present you a TOTAL once everything is done and expect you to pay up with a smile on your face, he will loose his mind if you wear any kind of fragrance and not tell you politely that you can NEVER wear fragrance to his clinic. He will take care of your pet as little as possible. I was so uncomfortable being in the examination room when he was with the animals. he was harsh, grab them with force and takes fooooooeeeeeeevvvvvvvvvverrrrrrr with you not your pet, he will talk talk talk talk and talk about anything else but your visit! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. Avoid this CLINIC at all cost! WORST VET EVER!!!

I called to make an appointment for my dog and was immediately deterred by the rude demeanor of the receptionist. The man that answers the phone has 0 people skills and was actually condescending. 
Needless to say I have decided to use another clinic where the workers speak to you like you are a human.
