Had a gas leak and national grid shutoff my gas! Called Petri and they got here in an hour. After signing the contract, same day, they started working immediately and had it done by the next day. With two little ones, I couldn't afford to go without heat! They did an excellent job! Joe, who did the job, called me twice afterwards to make sure we got our gas back and everything went well. Thanks guys!

Petri Plumbing came to my home to fix my heating unit. They were more than accommodating since it was an emergency call. They were on time, explained what the problem was and fixed it within 30 minutes. Unfortunately for me I need a new unit but I will certainly be using Petri to do the replacement work. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone that needs plumbing work done. Thank you Petri!

Had a leak under in my toilet when I woke up for work.  I could not stay home due to work but my wife was arrived.  She said they arrived on time and were extremely polite the whole the way through.  They identified the flapper and fixed it same day; even sent me a picture at work so I could follow along.  Really a big help

Yesterday was my first experience with Petri. It was a Sunday emergency where the heater stopped working in my 3 family home. Although it was Sunday, 6 degrees out and deep snow was everywhere, Petri returned my call late in the day, serviced my heater and restored my heating. While this was great, even better was their service rep who was so knowledgeable, he explained exactly what he was doing as well as how I could resolve this ongoing problem (18 years now) permanently. He had several other helpful solutions for my other heating needs as well. 

Overall, my experience with Petri was exemplary as was their email confirming they were on their way and their electronic billing system. It's very likely I will be using them for future services.  Thanks again.

Oh My!  I Had a flood in my basement one night and absolutely panicked; first time it happened in my new home and it was in a finished basement!  It mid day, so I called Petri Plumbing as it says emergency service hours right on their webpage.  
A nice woman answered the phone and let me know she would have someone over as soon as she could.  They arrived promptly and were able to figure out the issue quickly.  Even better they helped me clean up much of the mess that the flood caused and even showed me how best to prevent it in the future.  They even gave a coupon I did not know they had. 
They were fast, reliable and efficient in their work; I recommend them wheenver I can now!  Thanks guy!
