I am shocked and appalled by how my husband and I were treated here!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! 

On our way to a funeral, we stopped here to get gas for the trip. My husband went to the one vacant pump and started pumping. There was NO INDICATION that this pump was out of service, or was not to be used. As soon as he started pumping, GASOLINE STARTED SPRAYING EVERYWHERE!!! He got completely SOAKED IN GASOLINE!!! 

The man at the next pump proceeded to show us his soaking wet pants, and tell us how he had also JUST been soaked himself, TOLD THE CLERK, and was appalled that it HAPPENED AGAIN!!!! It wasn't until AFTER TWO PEOPLE HAD BEEN SOAKED, that the clerk finally decided to put an out of order sign on that pump.

My husband went to speak to the clerk, expecting a VERY, VERY big apology, and some sort of compensation, or at least to be directed to a manager or superior. Instead the clerk said he should PAY FOR THE $1.77 IN GAS THAT HAD SOAKED HIM!!!! 

We immediately called head office, and were offered nothing other than a "we're sorry". No petro points, no gift card, no compensation for his ruined clothing. Nothing! And that's not even considering the gasoline he breathed in as a result and possible health outcomes!!!! I am absolutely disgusted with how this was handled! We will NEVER go to ANY petro station again, and will be sure to tell everyone we know about this incident.
