All the dogs I saw have diarrhea. I saw them living in their room with poop and not really being cleaned. It's not a busy night either. I would trust it more to get my pet from a place that is more sanitary and shows that they take care of their dogs.

I absolutely love this place! It's rather clean vs other pet shops I've been to. I'm here atleast once a week to every other week for live food (mice/insects) but it is helpful and on the cheap side to get items for my feline too!  Staff are friendly and willing to help where needed.

I adopted my Schnoodle from the Delran store when she was 4 months old and she just celebrated her 11th Birthday! I recently adopted another puppy in August from Delran who has been needing some unforeseen extra special care. She is one amazing dog and I could not have been able to get her to where she is now without Dawn Bateman. This woman is truly a wonderful person.

Her extreme generosity with her time, expertise, and financial resources (including getting help from her own personal vet) for Suzy has been overwhelming. Dawn even checks in from time to time just to see how my Suzy is doing. No other pet store or rescue organization has EVER done that. She is the epitome of a true animal lover. It just shows how much she and the Pets Plus Naturals Corporation truly care about all the animals they take in and try to find homes for.  

I also want to say a big thank you to Jen the store manager at the Delran store who took the time to help ensure that Suzy's transition to her new home was as stress free as possible. She also took the time to help me get her on the best food for her needs and always asks how she is doing when I stop by for all my pets needs. I've been going there for 11 years and she is by far the best manager that store has ever had. She is so dedicated to the rescue animals in her care and makes us feel so welcome every time we stop in. 

Thank you Pets Plus Naturals for having people like Dawn Bateman and Jen within your organization. They are the selfless faces and hearts creating loyal customers and happy forever homes!

I'm so impressed by this store's upgrades! All the negative reviews are from before! They derserve to be congratulated on the effort that Has been put into taking care of the animals. The Dog enclosures are equivalent to a high ended Vet or Kennel. They are glass Front, spacious cubicle style rooms (not cages) with beds and toys in them! I was so happy for the animals I almost cried. This store deserves your business! The animals are socialized daily with other dogs and with humans. As for the store's pet supplies they have everything you need for all types of animals. Even hard to find items. Why give big chain Pet supply stores your money when this store actually gets Dogs/animals forever homes. Please stop by and check this store out in person! You can even pet a bunny! ❤️🐶🐇🐀🐹🦎🐠

People are nice! I like that they have rescue dogs because I recall puppy mill dogs a few years ago. But the kennels are terrible, small and filthy with pee and fecies, I think they should put bedding of some sort and clean up poop. Next they should not have glass kennels and put caged ones. The rats are kept in teeny tiny cages which they should at least be in something bigger. The store owner looks miserable and seems like he hates his customers, be nice and welcoming, not giving us the look because we are playing with the puppies. Overall OK store. But I do think the owner needs to cheer up!
