Staff are very helpful, I stopped in to check out their selection of foods in preparation for getting my puppy in a few weeks.  The employee I spoke with was very helpful and answered my many questions.  They have an excellent selection of everything you can imagine.  I was looking for a particular brand of raw dig food.  They didn't have it in stock, I would prefer that they did, but they can order it for me.

Always helpful information from everyone who works here. We buy food and toys and a probiotic spray from here. Next time I go in I have another question about our rescued dog. Between this staff and our vet we have great support. 😄

High quality merchandise,  pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable staff, great selection & they will even help you to your car with your packages if your hands are full! Our Chessie (English Springer Spaniel)
& I highly recommend you to stop it!

I rate concord a 4/5 because they are expensive. It's everything you could want in a pet store. The staff are great, plenty of parking, and never crowded. They are just expensive for things I buy.
