I will NEVER use this petsmart for anything ever again. I called early in the week and made an appointment with a guy for my dog to be groomed. When my husband arrive on sat. Daniella told him that the appointment had been made for Sunday. NOT. My husband called me because I made the app. She had no concern for our inconvenience with the app. Being set wrong. Took no fault, never apologized or anything. I asked for the manager and the store manager Tovah said leave your dog and I will have the lead groomer take care of him as she only has 1 dog today. Well i wasn't comfort but we left him based on her word only to receive a call 4 hours later from sharelle the salon lead who told my husband she didn't have time for my 14 year dog because she was to busy to tend to him because he was old and if he snapped at her one him she would not groom him. Mind you this has been his only grooming salon for ALL 14 years of his life and I have never had a groomer complain about my dog. My husband called back and spoke to tovah the store manager who said I don't know what the issue is but I will check it out. Needless to say nothing was done my dog was picked up ungroomed with nothing but excuses.

Came in here for grooming I was not satisfied. My dog had up to date vaccinations. I did a call in appointment. When I came in they didn't even have my appointment down. They did not want to take my dog.

I hate you guys. I regret so much bringing my cat here. I had an appointment, I waited almost an hour until I was finally seen. He came only to get his rabies vaccine. He had a few little scratches and bite marks that another cat gave him and you guys called the county and now I have to come up with more than $3k to have him quarantined or have him euthanized!!!! MY HEART IS BROKEN!! HE DOESN'T HAVE RABIES BUT IF YOU WERE BETTER VETS YOU'D KNOW! I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU GUYS FOR THIS. BUT OF COURSE SINCE YOU GUYS HAVE THIS KIND OF MONEY THIS ISN'T MUCH FOR YOU, BUT IT DEFINITELY IS FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME. I HOPE IT REMAINS ON YOUR CONSCIOUS IF THEY EUTHANIZE HIM AND HE DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING. YOU'D KILL AN INNOCENT BABY FOR NOTHING. VETS ARE SUPPOSE TO HELP THESE ANIMALS, BUT YOU'RE DOING MORE BAD THAN GOOD. AND TO TOP IT OFF, WHEN I CALLED TO ASK THE PRICE FOR THE RABIES VACCINE I WAS TOLD $22, BUT THEN YOU GUYS STARTED CHARGING ALL THIS EXTRA STUFF AND I ENDED UP PAYING ALMOST $200. THANKS FOR NOTHING
