Only giving 1 star because I have to. Our dog has not been his usual self since we took him to the groomers at PetSmart yesterday. Poor baby has been walking around with his head down and tail between his legs. He comes up to us really skittish like he may get hit, and he hardly eats or goes outside. They called us to come back before we ever made it home because of our "aggressive" dogs. They also said that his anal glands expressed from being aggressive which is bs! The vet told us that this happened from him being extremely frightened and that they did something to traumatize him. I know that we'll never know what happened there, but to me he acts like an abused dog and he's never acted this way before. He's also been acting like his throat hurts when he tries to bark, whine, or pant. Our fur babies will never be out of our site with strangers again and they will never go back there for any reason! Make sure you know who you're leaving your fur babies with because they can't tell you what happens. I hope within the next few days that he starts acting like his old self again.

Sarah groomed my dog. She was incredibly helpful. She spent a long time during our consultation giving recommendations for my dogs skin and coat. My dog really connected with her and she made the entire experience wonderful.

Customer service is horrible. Tried returning a carpet cleaner after renting it. Each employee I spoke to pointed the finger to another employee as to who would check me in for the return. Pissed me off so much I just went and bought my own carpet cleaner so I don't have to go through that experience again.

Fabulous place and I love it because it is a place where my cats and my German Sheperd Dog all their healthy food!

It's Pet Smart... I've been in nicer Pet Smarts, but this one isn't bad... Just average.
