They buzz cut my King Charles .... on a scissor only dog !!!! And she hasn't stopped seriously sneezing since either , 50 dollar buzz cut that I could have done in 10 minutes myself ... and a trip to the vet ... for probably a hundred ( my vet not theirs) can't get a hair cut right ... certainly not going to their vet. TO THE GROOMERS AT ROYAL PET.......do not buzz or hair fur may come back coarse and curly.... on a King Charles Cavie.....

I came in this afternoon (9/24) after calling to see if they had the muzzle that i was looking for. The woman on the phone told me they did- so we drove all the way there. Once we arrived, the woman in the front saw us looking at muzzles. Not only did she not greet us, but while sitting there reading about them for over 10 minutes, she never came over to even ask if we needed help or had any questions. So when I went up to the counter to ask if she had anymore in stock, all she did was simply shake her head. I wasn't even treated with the respect of words. Not happy!! I even made a comment about the customer service as I was leaving and then heard chattering about me as I exited the store. I sure hope they treat the pets that come in there better than humans who spend the money there. I have never written a bad review for any where before, but I was so offended when I left, I had to share my experience.

My experience with Royal Pet was this: my neighbor lost her Yorkie and she found out through a customer that posted on next door app that she saw the Yorkie there at the store ,  and the couple that found the dog gave the employee thier phone number in case owner comes in. so the owner went down there to get the phone number of the people that brought it in,  and the employees would not give her the number and there reasoning was that the dog was neglected because it had long to nails.. this is not there call. The owner is devastated. Will Royal Do the right thing and get this Yorkie and it's over reunited? I will keep you posted.

This place is a one stop shop for all things pets (admittedly I only looked for cat and dog stuff).It was clean, well stocked with pet goodies, and offered a bunch of pet related services such as grooming and boarding. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was that it was on the pricier side.

This place is awesome. The staff was phenomenal. Our puppy was super happy.
