We always take our dogs here to be groomed because they do such a great job and treat our pets as they would theirs. The only thing I don't like is the small enclosures that they keep the reptiles and rodents in, but those kinds of arrangements are often company policy and, unfortunately, have nothing to do with the employees. There are some employees I've met here who are clearly very passionate about the well-being of the animals in their care.

I was a little nervous about coming after reading the reviews, but I'm so glad I did. The grooming staff here is great and caring. All the pettyness paints these girls in a bad light. The color of there hair or there tattoos didn't affect their abilities. Sara did great with my puppy and she has never looked better. She's still prancing around like she hit stuff. I'll be back and I'll be telling all my friends about how great my pup was after. All the trash talkers are just that, and need stop thinking they are above rules for there pets safety. Thanks again Sara, you're the best!

On Monday I scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog on Friday. An 1hr and a half before my appointment the grooming department called saying there was a major policy change for my dog bread (pug). After speaking to the manager about the short notice I found out they knew about the policy change on Tuesday but couldn’t be bother to notify me sooner. When I asked for the number to corporate. He told me not to waste my time. Needless to say after 5 years of getting ok grooming services here I will be moving to the Hurst location. It will be out of the way for me but I don’t feel comfortable leaving my pet where they don’t care about the pet families.

It was great! The people there are awesome. Too bad people bringing in their untrained animals with behavioral issues and then complain when a groomer can't trim their nails because the dog is trying to bite them. Or the idiot who doesn't know a miniature size dog from a large breed. But I guess we have to take these reviews with a grain of salt. Especially the ignorant jackasses who judge the girls for their tatoos and hair color.

Everything was good until my puppy’s groomer “nicked” her words, the puppy on his lower belly. He had to get staples and wear a damn cone for 10 days.. staples for a Knick. Okay that doesn’t seem right to me. Very disappointed.
