I bought a Betta here a few months ago and he was amazing. Super healthy and all around the sweetest fish ever. Went back about two weeks ago for a plecostomus. There were tons of dead fish in the tanks, but we thought maybe they just hadn’t cleaned them that day. Lo and behold, both fish died within 24 hours of one another. Neither showed any symptoms Thursday, but they were dead by Saturday morning. The only conclusion we could come to by the symptoms was a bacterial infection. DO NOT buy a fish from their tanks

Grooming was a nightmare!!  I usually take them to the other local Petsmart but I couldn't get my dogs in soon enough so I decided to give Hamburg a try.  I have two Boxers and the temperature outside was 40 degrees... yet the groomer insisted that they were dry "enough" even though they were both still WET... not damp, so I gave up.  I had to ask three times for her to trim their nails closer because she was in a hurry... then she conveniently tried to forget to grind their nails.  She claimed they both got furminator groomed, yet less than 4 hours later hair was still coming out of both their coats.  

Don't waste your time or money at this location.  It's amateur hour for sure and they are in too much of a hurry to do a good job.

I called in to inquire about the availability of the fancy mice, and a woman named Heather (the manager) picked up. She was extremely rude and kept interrupting me until i eventually hung up because i was so frustrated. I’d give this a one star if it were for the kind workers that actually worked in the store and helped me pick up a mouse a day before this dilemma. overall, poor service from managers, great service from employees.

You are better off grooming your dog on your own than bringing him here. And believe it or not, it would probably be less of a hassle. They never complete all of the services you pay for and they always take forever.

Great selection. They are an auxiliary adoption site for our local Humane Society. Friendly staff.
