DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Over a week ago, I went online and confirmed a grooming appointment for my cat. I registered him, set and appointme for today at 5 PM and even received a confirmation email (which I replied to and was given a confirmation number). I go in ten minutes prior to my appointment time because it's my cats first time there, and I figured I'd have paperwork to fill out. Well, that was dumb of me, because they only have one cat groomer and that person alone can check in the cats. So I wait until 5. And then I wait until 510, because that person took a late lunch and isn't ready. Then she comes in and tells me that they no longer take new cats in because it's a small store and that (somehow) stresses out the cats. Then she tries to pass the blame to me by saying her store manager Rick called and told me about this and cancelled the appointment! Not only did I never receive a cancel (remember, I got a CONFIRMATION) but store managers don't make those calls. I asked how long this policy has been in effect and she told me many months, but they just haven't figured out a way to change their online appointment application (a straight up lie). Not only did they cancel my appointment, but they wasted my time.

The staff always gives my dogs treats and tons of love! Nancy took the time to teach me how to train my puppy to shake.

Got here at 9:00 for a 10:00 appointment and the manager won't let receiver open the door or break my seal until 10

Staff are just as good with cats as they are with dogs. My cat and I had a nice little outing together.

Needed to get my animals out of the house for 6 hours. I called petsmart for grooming services. Figured, if they have to be out of the house why bot get em pretty. 2 dogs and 2 cats for baths and nails. Asked for an appointment for a week out. They said bring the dogs but they arnt taking any "new kitties". Great policy guys. I have some of the best behaved animals and you won't even look at them or ask me to bring them by to see if you can accommodate. I live across the street from you. You just lost a customer for grooming and all other services, which is sad because two of my animals were adopted through you!
