A good store like the rest. They seem to run out of the products that I need frequently. I do buy a lot though.

I was late for my appointment which was an hour which is my fault. I have been calling every 15min cause I knew I was late. The customer service at the grooming department was unorganized. Like I said I was calling to let them know I'd be late, I called to ask about pricing, I called about rabies verification, and when I got there, the front desk treated me like i never called about anything and that since I was late they wouldn't be able to do the grooming, I asked if they had another appointment open and they said they were booked all day. They had 3 associates standing there. I was also going to get my other puppy shots so we were waiting and no one brought their dogs in the groomers for the 30min I waited. The service was so rude even though I called 30min before I would miss my appointment and every 15min to update.

Very helpful emplyees, drop what they were doing and helped right way, extremely knowledgeable on what I needed. Made my choices easier and saved my time. Recommended!

Good selection of stuff, and I like the grooming they do on my dog.

I did not ever experience this place but I can already feel like I've been there they always have food for the animals u buy and other needs and u can adopt buy or or being a helper with the custodians
