We take our puppy here to have her groomed and taken care of even though they are a little pricey they do a very nice job on grooming and everything else they do. PetSmart is a very popular place it is highly recommended you make reservations due to the fact that they are extremely busy most every day. They offer several different services and have very friendly staff and all of the staff members are very knowledgeable of the animals they deal with. See I like them I'm smiling. Wish they carried a few more options of dry cat food in the grain free style (as well as wet cat food that is grain free). IAMS makes an affordable one that doesn't cost $34.99 for a 6LB bag, most online retailers carry it for $24.22 and its a 12LB bag. More selection locally would stop my money being spent at another retailer online, and would prompt an in store visit where I might be inclined to buy additional items.

We take our Golden doodle here for trims. He seems to like it and both times we've done it, we've been very pleased with the results. I asked about coupons or any deals and the employees were so nice showing me if any were available. They have a glass wall so you can shop and watch the dog get a trim at the same time.

While the employees were fairly nice, I was unable to find several dog food brands I feed my dog at this location, such as zignature, honest kitchen, and 2 more, that's a big market, holistic grain free, human grade they don't cater to at this location. Otherwise it was clean enough, had a few decent sales, and was fairly organized as to, pet kind, accessories, and grouped all same brand together. I will maybe return or just continue to order our supplies on line

I love the PetsHotel. The employees really understand dogs and care about them. They know all their campers by name and they can tell you all about each individual dog if you ask :) my puppy loves it there and he's always tired when he comes home :)
