The employees were all so helpful and accommodating!!!! They helped me find everything I was looking for, which was a lot. They also price match and the cashier was so patient and kind and assured me that it didn't bother her. After this experience I'll definitely go back and recommend them!

Every single time I go to this pet store, a mob of dirty black cars and trucks will follow me and block me in. They have hit my white car several times. It is terrible and scary. I have been completely surrounded by them and given less than a few inches to get into my car. They push green carts from the Dollar Store into my car denting and scratching my car. The staff is rude to me. They will only allow me to say my personal phone number out loud for my pet discount. I have asked several times to use silent alternative id so all these people who just dented my car up don't also know my phone # for which I now am getting constant prank phone calls. But noone cares. I have been physically threatened and stalked in this town. And I can't even go to the Pet Store without being harassed.

The gals working at PetSmart were very helpful, helping me find harnesses for my puppies! The man cleaning the floor talked to me and my puppies, every one was very friendly. Very pleasant shopping experience!!

PetSmart is an amazing store. I have been there multiple times and will always chose PetSmart. Every employee is super friendly and knowledgeable. If one employee doesnt know they will get someone who can. Hands down an amazing store and experience. Grooming and training is a life saver as well.

Great place with a huge selection of everything you could ever want for your pets! I have two dogs and i get most of their toys, clothes and harnesses from here. Was recently able to return the wrong size harness and exchange it for a smaller one that fits my dog. They are the only place I've found with front clip harnesses. My dog no longer pulls on walks! Highly recommended
