I went here two days in a roll. Although the first experience wasn't great because the new dog groomer did not groom my sister's dog the they were suppose to. I had to take him back the next day. On this day he was properly groomed. All the employees I spoke with were helpful and friendly and the store is very clean it's also wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking.

Shame on you Petsmart! I went today to buy a few things but I ended up walking out. I was approached by a male customer who wanted me to buy dog food for him. I went to find management told them and this was there response....We know....my response...Then why did you let him walk up to me....no answer.....Petsmart you don't seems to care so I will not spend my hard earned money at your store. Shame on you!!!

Staff had previously been friendly and kind but today I dropped my dog off for her grooming appointment at 12:30. When I arrived they mentioned one of the groomers called in so it may be a little later. The window is 12:30-3:30 so I figured "a little later" would be fine. I showed up at 6pm to find out they hadn't started her cut yet. I had nowhere else to go so I sat there for almost two hours watching other dogs (owners mentioning they dropped their dogs off 3:30 or later) walk out with fresh cuts. I FINALLY was able to take my pup home at 8pm. When I asked about the time they told me again that a groomer called in so they moved my dog to the end of another groomers schedule. The END!! I asked if they could do anything for me since I had to cancel my evening plans due to the wait and they seemed dumbfounded. After a little back and forth, her groomer (with attitude) finally gave me a discount. She did a beautiful job with the cut but 7+ hours is unacceptable! Especially when they are not allowed to let the dogs out to potty!
