My daughter and I came in to purchase a pair of rats for her birthday. The person helping us (I think her name was Ann) was extremely helpful and friendly, and very knowledgeable. Also, I had always been warned against purchasing rats from a pet store vs a breeder, but our babies are very sweet and friendly. We have been able to handle them from the first day, and it is very obvious that they have been well cared for and even socialized a bit. Very impressed and very happy with our new friends!

Really nice place. Excellent place to wash your dogs. It's made my life really good with the ease of keeping my dogs clean. The dog food I use (Pro Plan) is  $2 cheaper than Petco. Staff is always polite. Also got a rewards card and earn points on my purchases to use as money off in store.

I have never been so pleased with a pet store! I have pet rats and love them dearly but very few stores carry anything but bottom end and frankly not good for them food and toys. Abigail and Samantha were great! The fact this store carries Oxbow food is wonderful. The fact what rats were had were not simply feeders and had been socialized was astounding. Great job and keep it up! I will be back as long as the good products and people remain the focus!

I greatly prefer this store to the big box pets stores. The staff truly know and care about animals and are super informative on helping get first time customers everything they need.

Love this store for all my pet needs. They have all price ranges on food which I like because my little dogs eat more expensive grain free food, while my big dog eats cheaper food. Staff is always friendly too!
