I go here about twice a week for crickets. Its always a nice clean store. Staff is always friendly and willing to help you. I love going here even just to look at their fish or reptiles.

Very nice store, about as clean as a pet store can be. Only reason I didn't give you 5 stars was because there were no dogs, and I left sad because I didn't leave with an animal. Very friendly staff.

I don't usually give one star reviews but this location really needs to step up their game regarding the feline adoption program. Whoever supplies the cats is not available enough for questions or concerns. Additionally the door needs to be kept locked. The night we were there, a terrified cat was out of his cage. A kid had come in and tormented him. The manager said this was the second time the same kid had done that. The kid should have been detained and the police called. Instead he walked. Failure on management's part to protect the felines and make sure the person that supplies them is available is why I am giving a one-star rating. If this situation is addressed I am happy to raise my rating.

Great customer service. Had my puppy and 2yr. child with me and they were more than willing to help me carry the cage I was purchasing. The associate Jacob was working the register and suggested we purchase the "Puppy Guide" ended up saving us some money. Very happy with our visit to PetSmart.
