Best big box pet store around here. Lots of little boutique upscale pet places around, but PetSmart beats them all! Store offers grooming and training and a ridiculous variety of pet supplies. I recently took my 2 greyhounds here and they loved it! Great prices, great staff, highly recommended!

This store is well stocked and neat. Easy to navigate and the employees are eager to help. However, the best thing I can say is that it doesn't smell like a pet store.

You have to watch prices to make sure that the price is competitive with other stores.  However, they are clean and generally helpful. I also love the fact it is a store you can bring your pet to.  And of course they have the adoption center for local animal rescues which I wholeheartedly support.

I asked for a manger to help purchase dog food made from an independent company because there was recently recalls on some dog food. To my surprise, I saw that my  brand was made by the this company. She said ALL the dog food was owned by one of four major dog food company. Sandy was extremely rude and made feel like I was bothering her. Horrible customer service. I spend several hundred dollars a month there too.

Never had a problem with this store or any of them. They match their online prices to their in store prices. The staff is very helpful. Our family has no complaints. I just wish they would start carrying froom dog food.
