If you adopt a cat from here be sure to take them to the vet right after. The two boys I've adopted are both strictly indoor, our first kitty we got, turns out he's had ear mites since before we adopted him (we adopted him with a scab behind his ear that would go away but always come back) and a vet confirmed that his ears were ridden with ear mites, and the other kitty we adopted there we've had for only a few weeks, just shy of a month ago, has ringworm when no one in the household or the other cat has ringworm. The service was lovely and both boys are great cats, I just strongly suggest if you adopt a kitty from here to take them to the vet shortly after. Yes, I do know that they come from humane societies, but in my opinion, before adopting out any animal, they should make sure said animal is in prime health and not being sent home to possibly infect your other animals or even yourself or your loved ones.

The need more customer service people by their reptile stuff. I hate waiting for 15 minutes for crickets.. unless you get help you will wait. I have also adopted my adorable cat from here and they are all very well taken care of.

Very poor customer service.  I do not believe I have every experienced such a lack of concern or care about my legitimate experience. The pet trainer only works tues, sat sun. The whole reason for going private lessons was to have more options! They never told me this. She wasn't available for the first two weeks & when I was told she was going to call me back she didn't. They simply Donny care. There are several more experiences that were appalling & too lengthy to explain.  Please do yourself a favor & skip this uncaring business. A business that deals with animals should be of utmost caring. I was also patronized for sharing my opinion. Life's meant to be enjoyed especially with your furry loved ones. If i could give them a negative number, I would.  I like you give people a Chane but the manager would rather just give me my money back without caring about the ideas that might help. Hung up on me before I even had a chance. Such blatant lack of interest in their business.

I took my American Bulldog, Chocolate Lab, and Long haired Chihuahua to Petco for grooming today. First of all taking 3 dogs is a chore. I must say the staff was great. My dogs have never looked so good when they were done. Now I realize my 2 bigger dogs didn't need to be cut but they did get a bath and their coats were shiny and looked amazing. My Chihuahua did need trimming and he looks shiny and fluffy. I will definitely be going back.

I love their grooming department. The last person to do my dogs nails was a miracle worker. She calmed my nervous mutt and got her nails short as can be.
